Luis Rosario

Luis Alejandro Rosario, MS CF-SLP, TSSLD earned his Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Brooklyn College. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Queens College. In addition, Luis passed the Bilingual Education Assessment (BEA) for Spanish and is planning to obtain a bilingual extension in Spanish.  Luis is also PROMPT trained and looking forward to working with clients who benefit from tactile support for speech and feeding.

Luis emphasizes all forms of communication in treatment. He investigates and incorporates the client’s interests into session activities. Luis also loves to incorporate music into his sessions, playing guitar to promote social and language development. He has experience working with monolingual and bilingual children and values collaborating with clients’ families to create a holistic and nurturing therapeutic environment. Luis’ areas of interests include language disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, phonological disorders, and bilingualism.
